The Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist who is passionate about combining creativity, strategy and data-driven decision making. This role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your abilities and bring unique ideas to life. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving multi-channel campaigns, content creation, and digital strategies along with assisting a friendly team with general office duties as required. This role is based in our Lilydale office and requires the successful candidate to work onsite. Ideally, applicants will be located locally or within a reasonable commuting distance. Key Responsibilities Designing and executing marketing campaigns across social, web, and print platforms. Overseeing website updates, SEO strategies, and digital ads on Meta and Google. Managing the creation of eye-catching content, from videos to blogs and EDMs. Collaborating with external partners, including video editors and web developers. Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions. Leading the onboarding of new software to support marketing initiatives. Occasional travel for site visits or offsite content capture. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including answering phones, assisting with quotes, supporting the sales team, managing social media and eDM campaigns, coordinating events, and acting as the main point of contact with our Engine Room team. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in marketing and know how to take a brand to the next level. Expertise in digital ads, SEO, and crafting compelling campaigns across all platforms. Creativity and can think outside the box to design strategies that capture attention. An analytical mind, using data to make informed decisions and optimise performance. Collaboration, excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Expertise with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, CapCut, and more, and is eager to learn new technologies like NetSuite (Training provided).
