We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute General Manager to lead our Tamworth dealership . This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic, multi-faceted operation and shape its continued success. With multiple branches across Queensland and New South Wales, Wideland proudly represents some of the most recognised global brands in the industry — Audi, RAM, Suzuki, Hino, IVECO, JCB, and CLAAS, just to name a few that you will be working with. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive operational excellence across Sales, Parts, Service, and Administration , ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong commercial results. We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on leader with: Qualifications A proven track record of success in dealership management Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and mentoring high-performing teams Broad knowledge of dealership operations Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all dealership departments Drive the achievement of financial, market share, and volume targets for both sales and after-sales Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans Identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability Foster a customer-first culture that ensures outstanding service at every touchpoint Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders to lift management capability and performance This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious leader who thrives on challenge and is ready to make a significant impact.
