Responsibilities Managed the full tendering process, from bid issuance to contract award, including technical and commercial negotiations. Issued RFQs and scopes of work for equipment and package procurement. Estimated project costs using plans, BOQs, and historical data. Researched and negotiated supplier pricing; analyzed cost‑impacting factors like exchange rates and productivity. Assessed financial, technical, and operational risks. Handled resource allocation, document control, and project initiation. Conducted technical bid evaluations and vendor audits. Strategically managed vendors to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement. Delivered regular progress, resource, cost, and forecast reports to stakeholders. Provided input on technical deviations and their impact on quality, cost, and timelines. Supported fabrication and testing with engineering oversight. Reviewed and approved contractor documentation, inspection reports, and progress claims. Verified test certificates, calibration records, and personnel qualifications. Witnessed and signed ITPs; coordinated third‑party inspections and audits. Identified and mitigated risks; ensured compliance with contract terms. Closed out punch list items and NCRs; promoted continuous improvement.
