The CompanyOur client is a regulated provider of global markets solutions and services to the Institutional/wholesale client segment.With a track record of servicing clients since 2011, they are well-positioned to deliver solutions that genuinely meet your needs.The Requirements5+ Years proven track record of managing dealing desk for forex brokersProven Experience with trading software/aggregation/bridge and similar technology systemsProven Experience with trading risk and risk modellingProven experience in Dealing Desk and managing exposuresExceptional people leadership skills including driving change and developing cultureAn ability to measure the successStrong stakeholder engagement and ability to work collaboratively across all skills and departmentsMandarin would be an advantage.
