Were looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of growing our casual nurse workforce. Youll proactively source recruit and onboard talented nurses at speed ensuring we meet client demands while creating a positive candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment and wants to make a real impact in healthcare. Day to day Proactively source and attract high-quality nurse candidates to meet client needs. Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Drive early retention by supporting nurses during their first three months on the job. Identify new recruitment opportunities to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. Collaborate with Operations Consultants to transition nurses seamlessly into active shifts. Streamline recruitment processes to achieve rapid turnaround times without compromising quality. Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Represent Healthcare Australia professionally and promote our services to clients. Lets talk about you We are seeking candidates with a diploma or tertiary qualification in business disciplines (desirable) recruitment sales or operations experience in healthcare nursing or aged care sectors experience in a target-driven commercial call center recruitment or sales environment exceptional communication presentation and relationship management skills strong organisational time management and problem-solving abilities proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking or recruitment systems and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
