The successful candidate will ideally have at least three years’ post qualification experience in the defence of personal injury claims, specifically in CTP. The role would be well suited to a Lawyer with experience in managing their own files under the supervision of a Partner. We are also open to hearing from candidates from a plaintiff background. This is a genuine growth role for the right candidate, offering the opportunity for career progression within a supportive environment. About You Minimum three years of post-admission experience Experience working in the personal injury space, specifically in defence of CTP claims Experience on the defendant side is ideal; we also consider candidates with a plaintiff background keen to move into a defendant practice The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a supportive and collaborative team Clear, concise legal writing skills Strong attention to detail About Hall & Wilcox Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
