The Naked Racer Pty Ltd located in Cheltenham is looking to employ a full time qualified and experienced Marketing Coordinator to promote its products and services. To be considered for this role you must have. 1. Master’s degree (preferably from an Australian university) or equivalent overseas Bachelor’s degree 2. Australian recognised Advanced Diploma in Marketing & Communications or equivalent 3. Over 5 years of experiences in a Marketing Coordinator role in a hospitality business. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research for the company’s products and services. Providing advice on strategies related to pricing, promotion, product development and marketplace. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies by providing ideas obtained through market research. Identifying market opportunities by conducting comprehensive market research. Analysing primary and secondary data to develop marketing strategies and plans. Maximising business growth through the design, implementation and evaluation of marketing policies and programs Manage all aspects of social media – Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Website ensuring ongoing digital content promoting the venue and the brand. Working with photographers, videographers and online digital content creators to create content for the company’s brand and products. Working closely with related parties hosting events at Naked Racer for use of its facilities, products and services. Managing marketing budgets for Google, Facebook and Instagram ads. Monitoring competition to identify trends and opportunities for new products and services to enhance the brand profile and increase revenues.
