Scotch College Adelaide is an ambitious and aspirational independent coeducational ELC – 12 College that exists to know, nurture and challenge all within its community. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Administrator – Sport to ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of the College’s co‑curricular sporting program. About the role This 25 hour per week role will ideally be undertaken across 5 days (Monday‑Friday). The incumbent will work 42 weeks per year, including the 38 academic weeks, 1 week in each of the term breaks and week 9 of term 4. The Administrator – Sport provides vital administrative and logistical support across all aspects of the sporting program. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating training schedules, fixtures, venues and transport Communicating effectively with students, families, staff, coaches and opposition schools Supporting interschool competitions, carnivals, and College sporting events Managing equipment logistics, data entry, attendance and record‑keeping Assisting with bookings, risk assessments, reporting and general department administration This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities. A collaborative, service‑oriented approach and a genuine passion for school sport are essential.
