Mining Operators – Nathan River Mine (FIFO ex Darwin) 2/2 Roster | Phase 2 Expansion | Iron Ore Operation The Nathan River Mine, located 50km inland from the Gulf of Carpentaria and approximately 760km from Darwin, is the proud owner and operator of the Roper Bar Iron Ore Mine. We take pride in our fully integrated operation — managing our own mine, marine, and trans‑shipment divisions with a dedicated fleet of mine and marine assets. Following the success of our operational restart in 2023, we are now entering Phase 2 expansion and are seeking skilled and motivated operators to join our growing team.
