To support our ambitious goals, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team.Job DescriptionAs the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organisation and driving financial performance to new heights. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic leadership team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's financial strategy to drive growth and profitability. Provide financial leadership and direction to the executive team and the broader organisation. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Manage and optimize the capital structure of the company. Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and risk management. Drive cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and investments. Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability throughout the organisation. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CA preferred. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role. Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of financial principles. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
