Responsibilities Deliver successful Dayforce payroll implementations across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Configure Dayforce solutions, lead testing processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior consultants. Identify risks and work with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery. Lead client workshops and meetings, gather requirements, and present solutions. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust. What You’ll Need To Succeed The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented with strong technical and functional understanding of Dayforce HCM. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences. Your Experience Over two years of Dayforce implementation experience with a proven ability to deliver payroll solutions. Expertise in business process mapping and modelling to optimize workflows. Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and design tailored solutions. Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance. Experience leading client workshops and meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams. Recognized as a go-to resource for Payroll support. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
