About the Opportunity We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a major transformation program within ASC’s Transformation Office. This role is pivotal in driving strategic change across people, process, systems, and technology. You will manage program delivery end-to-end, influence decision-making at all levels, and ensure sustainable outcomes that align with ASC’s long‑term goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute program plans aligned with ASC’s strategic objectives. Lead a multifunctional team to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget. Manage program governance, reporting, and compliance requirements. Engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain alignment. Oversee risk management and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure benefits realization and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle. Foster a high-performance culture and coach team members for success. About you Tertiary qualifications in Program/Project Management, Business, or related discipline. 8–10 years’ experience managing large-scale transformation programs in complex environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level. Proven success in benefits realization, change leadership, and strategic delivery. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to manage competing priorities. Familiarity with Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (desirable). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
