Your Role: As a Recruitment Associate at Ocean Talent, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with exceptional candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include: Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and engaging with top-tier talent through various channels. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments. Matchmaking: Pairing candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations. Collaboration: Working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results. What We're Looking For: Enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed. A passion for helping candidates and clients achieve their goals. Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
