Based in Mona Vale, we fabricate locally and supply projects across Australia through electrical wholesalers and installation partners. This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front while ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the Warehouse & Fabrication team Coordinate manufacturing of heating cables, mats, freezer cables and hydronic components Oversee receiving, stock control, order picking and dispatch Ensure fabrication is accurate, meets specifications and is completed on time Maintain WHS compliance and promote safe work practices Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocktakes Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive culture Actively participate in process improvements and team meetings What You’ll Bring Previous experience in warehouse, fabrication or production supervisory/team leader role Strong hands‑on work ethic and willingness to lead by example Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Forklift licence (or willing to obtain) Comfortable using computers and basic software systems A safety‑first mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with both office and factory teams Why Join Us?
