Software Sales & Account Executive (Milton Office) Join to apply for the Software Sales & Account Executive (Milton Office) role at Scout Talent We are looking for a full-time SaaS Account Executive to join our team in Milton. This is an in-office, full-cycle SaaS sales role with one clear focus — outbound new business . You’ll drive prospecting activity, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and close new software clients who haven’t worked with us before. You’ll take ownership of the full sales process — from first outreach to close — backed by AI-driven lead tools, a proven product, and a sales culture that celebrates performance and results. You will: Drive outbound prospecting to identify and engage new software clients Run discovery calls and deliver engaging solution presentations and demos Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close Meet and exceed activity and revenue targets through consistent pipeline generation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover post-sale Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM Contribute insights and feedback to help refine outbound sales strategy You Live to Sell, Not Just Work in Sales This role is for a high-energy hunter — someone who thrives on finding opportunities, opening doors, and turning cold outreach into closed deals. You don’t wait for leads, you create them. You’re confident, curious, and driven to win.
