Trainer & Assessor - delivering Certificate III in Hospitality

We’re seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our Training Services team in Bundaberg. In this role, you’ll deliver accredited and/or non-accredited training, conduct assessments, and support participants on their journey toward employment or further education. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with modern, up to date, well-equipped facilities, with developed course materials, and a supportive team that values excellence and compassion. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) and competency-based assessments. Support students from enrolment through to completion and vocational placement. Maintain compliance with RTO standards and industry requirements. Stay current in your vocational area and contribute to course development. Be part of a team that truly makes a difference in the community. What You Need Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on industry experience Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110). Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
