About the role: We are seeking a committed Packaging Line Supervisor to join our team at our winery in Tharbogang, NSW. You will oversee the efficient operation of our packaging line, ensuring optimal performance and quality control. You will lead and train a dedicated team, manage the setup and maintenance of packaging equipment, and contribute to our commitment to producing exceptional wines. Operate specialist packaging plant and equipment, including set up, changeover, and start-up. Perform disassembly, cleaning, and sterilisation of equipment. Conduct pre and post-operational checks. Carry out general routine maintenance on packaging equipment. Lead a team effectively and participate in training programmes. Be available to work extended hours as required. Qualifications and skills: Possession of a Forklift Licence (desirable). Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to operate and maintain packaging machinery.
