Based at the Royal Park Campus, but may require working on‑site at RMH City, Western Hospital Footscray or Sunshine Hospital. Your new team Opportunity for an experienced Grade 1 Prosthetist/Orthotist to work as part of an established Prosthetics & Orthotics team, in a major amputee rehabilitation service. Provide safe, evidence‑based and patient‑centred care including assessment, intervention and discharge planning for RMH patients. Demonstrate effective communication strategies with patients, relatives, staff and relevant services in order to provide appropriate services and information. Learn and develop your professional skills in a fast‑paced hospital environment. Enjoy a career structure which develops specialist clinical, research, education, and leadership skills for Allied Health. About You You are an AOPA and NDIS registered Prosthetist/Orthotist dedicated to providing evidence‑based practice. You have experience working in outpatient Orthotic & Prosthetic services. You value working in a supportive and dedicated team with strong evidence‑based practice and patient‑centred approach. You demonstrate sound clinical decision making and an ability to navigate public health structures, assist clinical education, and assist with quality projects.
