What You’ll Be Doing Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy Prepare reports, letters, and HR documentation Manage onboarding and offboarding processes Respond to HR queries and manage the shared inbox Administer user access for our Reward & Recognition platform Support payroll with data entry, processing, and reconciliations Assist with payroll system updates and ensure compliance with legislation Generate workforce reports and metrics for management Why You’ll Love Working Here At Compare the Market and iSelect, we’re all about helping people make smart choices – and joining us might just be yours.
