Full time landscape maintenance role For an experienced gardener that can work independently. Advance Plants has a very strong focus on having a high quality team . Our team work hard and take pride in what they do.. We are certified as a "Great Place to Work" ( We focus on maintenance at large commercial sites , like shopping centres, prestigious hotels, retirement villages, etc. We do not do any: Residential garden maintenance Highway mowing or council parks Small commercial sites (e.g. fuel stations; fast food restaurants etc) $30-$35+ per hour + profit share + other bonuses Brisbane based (various sites) We look for people that are passionate about horticulture and that are keen for a career in the industry. We are not looking for individuals that are just looking for 'another job' for the next 6-12 months. About Advance Plants… Established 1980. Operating for 45+ years. We have a highly experienced team that does high quality work . Our Brisbane team is a tight knit group (c. 10 people), and everyone is expected to carry their weight with high standards expected across the board. To attract and retain high quality team members, we make sure we are generous with our pay and have a profit share scheme that all team members are eligible for. We supply everything, including high quality hand held tools (typically Stihl). About this role… Full time position (38 hours per week). Typical hours are 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday. Based at various sites around Brisbane. Tasks include: Mowing Snipping Fertilising Hedging Weeding Spraying Pruning Mulching All equipment and uniforms supplied. Well paid, including annual profit share. We have built an outstanding team, where team members hold each other to high standards. Those that don't perform at a very high level don't pass probation.
