Mental Health Intensive Mobile Youth Outreach Service Practice Lead Join to apply for the Mental Health Intensive Mobile Youth Outreach Service Practice Lead role at Albury Wodonga Health About the role Full‑time, permanent position available (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology) Key responsibilities Join the supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians Become a key member of the growing speciality mental health and well‑being teams Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Operate the Intensive Mobile Youth Outreach Service (IMYOS) program: coordinate resources, clinical allocation, and workforce support to a multidisciplinary team Contribute to the development and implementation of enhancements to the model of care Qualifications & requirements Current and unencumbered registration with AHPRA for Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Work Minimum of 5 years community mental health experience, preferably with youth Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem‑solving skills High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellence in mental health assessment, risk and vulnerability assessment and management; ability to share knowledge within a multidisciplinary team Employment type Full‑time, permanent About Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) AWH is the largest regional health provider between Sydney and Melbourne, serving up to 300,000 people across North‑East Victoria and Southern NSW.
