Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Based in Karratha, C Signs Pty Ltd is the premier provider of commercial and industrial signage in the Pilbara region. We’re committed to delivering superior signage solutions to Pilbara businesses, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and our team’s expertise to ensure high‑quality project completion. We are seeking an experienced Shopfitter to join our team on a full‑time basis. As a Shopfitter, your everyday responsibilities will include: Study technical drawings or layouts to ascertain the dimensions and materials required. Prepare layouts, erect and install frameworks made of timber, metal or composite material, install fascia panels or exterior wall cladding. Assemble and install workshop‑fabricated frames and panels on site as per drawing specifications and installation procedures. Construct structures and fixings that comply with cyclone‑rated requirements and local building codes. Safely utilize equipment and tools to cut, router and adjust materials (wood, plywood, composite) and construct shaped parts to adhere to drawings and/or client specifications. Make repairs or replacements to existing frameworks, panels or fixings. Sand, stain or finish timber surfaces to match final designs. Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects comply with building codes and workplace safety regulations. In addition, the right candidate will be required to: Hold the relevant Certificate III, or have at least three (3) years of experience as a Shopfitter (Carpenter / Joiner). Have strong communication skills to discuss project needs with clients. Be able to work autonomously and with a team. This is a full‑time position offering a generous salary between $85,000 to $105,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
