ECT for 2026 Kindy Program – small community based service for 15–20 children. We are seeking a passionate and committed Early Childhood Teacher to enhance our professional team and mentor our studying ECT. This attractive part‑time or full‑time role is highly supported, with staffing, mentoring and resources, in an environment that promotes work/life balance with high expectations and a commitment to the education and care of young children. Start from Term 1, 2026. What you would be doing Be available to implement the Kindergarten Program in the Centre and work as support staff on non‑Kindy days. Have set shifts and non‑contact planning time on site, one full day per week. Develop the routine, program and experiences using the QKLG and Developed Curriculum Possibilities with Leadership & Educational Leader support. High resource budget and well resourced environment. Use a wide range of teaching methods to enhance the kindergarten program and work with existing transition networks to school. Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with children, families, carers and other team members. Use a high level of written, interpersonal and communication skills to document the program and children's learning. Ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices. Skills and experience Desire to work with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their learning and development with proven experience in a similar role. Bachelor of Teaching / Education (Early Childhood) or previous tertiary Children's Services Qualifications and / or experience. Knowledge and / or experience in developing and implementing programs to meet the National Quality Standard. Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care. Current Working with Children check, and Child Protection Certificates. Previous experience with OWNA is favourable. Why apply? Opportunities for growth and professional development.
