Onsite Auction Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, customer‑friendly and fast‑learning individual to join our Onsite Industrial Team. This position offers flexibility with two location options: Perth, WA or Melbourne, VIC. Enjoy the security of this full‑time role, working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (40 hours per week). This role would suit a self‑motivated individual who is interested in and has knowledge of trucks, machinery and equipment, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry. In this hands‑on role, your key responsibilities include: Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries for customers’ sites, ensuring items are accurately entered into our system, valued, photographed and uploaded to the website Provide exceptional customer service to both our vendors and buyers Conduct thorough catalogue checks to ensure assets are correctly advertised Frequent travel to our customers’ sites throughout Queensland as required Develop and maintain vendor relationships through regular communication with key contacts regarding reserves and valuations of assets, releases, referrals and marketing options Liaise with site managers and external stakeholders as required Unload goods coming into the facility and load purchased goods onto transport after auction About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: Passion for general goods, trucks & machinery, and/or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded Experience in sales or valuations (preferred) Current/valid driver’s license with ability to drive manual & forklift license (essential) Ability and willingness to travel to our customers’ sites throughout QLD to undertake your role Competent verbal & written communication skills with high attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships High level of interpersonal skills and proven experience building and maintaining client relationships Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines What’s in it for you Employee Benefits – Earn 5 days’ extra leave and enjoy sharing in the company bonus program after a qualifying period, free on‑site parking and more Training & Development – On‑the‑job training to make you an expert in your area, internal career pathing opportunities, and study assistance options to help you complete a course or qualification.
