Position Title: Claims & Litigation Officer Employment Type: Permanent Full-time Salary Range: $104,517.33 - $107,557.25 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Snr Admin Off Gde 1) Location: Negotiable between NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park and Western Administration Office, Dubbo. As the Claims & Litigation Officer, you'll manage a diverse and meaningful portfolio where no two days are the same. You communicate with empathy, handle confidential information with care, and have the confidence to interpret policies, awards and procedures. You’re proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems will help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities Managing a high‑volume workload with competing deadlines and shifting priorities Communicating with employees who may be facing medical or financial stress, requiring empathy and professionalism Interpreting and applying legislation, awards, policies and procedures Ensuring all service level agreements are met and records are accurate, complete and audit‑ready Sourcing historical information from multiple systems and databases How to Apply Please respond to the below two questions (max 4000 characters including spaces) and submit this with your CV and other required information.
