Obstetrics & Gynaecology Locum Doctors | NSW | RMO-Consultant-GP VMO The Opportunity: Gorilla Jobs is seeking Obstetrics & Gynaecology locum doctors across NSW at multiple levels: RMO / SRMO with women's health or O&G experience O&G Registrar FRANZCOG Consultant GP VMO / GP Obstetrician with appropriate obstetric credentialing Clinical Environment: Exposure to a mix of antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care Work across delivery suite, maternity ward, gynaecology ward and theatre (site dependent) Varied case mix, from low-risk pregnancies to higher acuity and complex obstetrics Opportunities to be involved in C-sections, elective and emergency lists, and gynaecology procedures Supervision and teaching opportunities for Registrars and RMOs (for Consultants and senior doctors) Experience that supports both training requirements and established O&G careers Eligibility Criteria: AHPRA General or Specialist Registration NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Australian working rights Willingness to complete hospital credentialing and onboarding What's Provided: Competitive O&G locum rates across all levels Travel, accommodation and car hire available on many placements (site dependent) Options for ad-hoc shifts, regular patterns or block bookings Support with credentialing, rostering and logistics to simplify the process Location - NSW: You can select from a range of locations depending on your preferences, examples include: Hunter New England & Northern NSW - Busy regional referral centres and coastal hospitals with active maternity units Central Coast & Western Sydney - High-throughput maternity and gynaecology services in growing metropolitan and peri-urban areas Murrumbidgee, Western NSW & Southern NSW - Regional base hospitals and rural sites with broad generalist O&G practice Far West & Nepean Blue Mountains - Unique regional and remote communities offering meaningful, hands‑on obstetric and women's health work Why Choose Gorilla Jobs When you work with Gorilla Jobs, you're supported at every step: Personalised service: We take the time to understand your preferences, availability and career goals.
