A Thousand Roses Store — Melbourne, VIC Full-time (On-site) At A Thousand Roses, we believe in supporting women and children through all seasons of life with natural, organic, and deeply supportive products handcrafted by mums, for mums. Our community is growing fast (200,000+ monthly visitors to our online store), and we’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Coordinator to help us spread the love even further. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the evolving digital landscape, and knows how to craft engaging content that feels meaningful and authentic. You'll be joining our Marketing Team and working closely with our founder Evelyn. This is a hybrid role, with a certain amount of hours per week at our warehouse in Airport West, Victoria. What you’ll be doing Content Planning/Social Media Develop and implement monthly social media schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest. Execution & Management Confidently use Canva, Google Workspace, basic video editing software and social scheduling tools to publish and manage posts. Community Engagement Respond to comments, DMs and engage with our beautiful village of mums — fostering a warm and supportive space. Creative Design Design visually elevated brand assets, short-form videos, and story content aligned with our brand guidelines and aesthetic. Campaign Support Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, collaborations and promotional initiatives. Content Calendar Maintain and organiser content calendars to ensure consistency, timing and campaign alignment.
