We are seeking an experienced Splunk Specialist to join a high-profile project with a leading multinational mining client. This is a critical role focused on enhancing and expanding the client’s existing Splunk observability platform, with opportunities to influence the future roadmap across ITSI, AIOps, and ITSM domains. Contract role: July 2026 Hybrid Role Key Responsibilities Lead technical design discussions and contribute to the strategic expansion of the Splunk platform. Provide expert-level Splunk support, including architecture, implementation, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system observability and operational insights. Ensure best practices are followed for data ingestion, dashboard creation, and alerting. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on observability-related initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience working with Splunk in large-scale environments. Deep understanding of observability concepts, including log aggregation, metrics, and tracing. Strong ability to lead design discussions and articulate technical ideas clearly. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience in expanding and scaling enterprise Splunk environments. Desirable (Nice to Have) Exposure to or interest in Splunk ITSI, AIOps, or ITSM implementations.
