Our multidisciplinary team provides high-quality speech pathology services to clients across all age groups. We’re growing rapidly and are now looking for a talented, bilingual Speech Pathologist who shares our values and brings unique experience in mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. About the Role We’re seeking a Speech Pathologist who is fluent in English and another language (Spanish preferred) to join our inclusive and supportive team. You will work with a group of children in classes and play a key role in integrating mindfulness strategies into therapeutic interventions with children. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values innovation, connection, and making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Provide release, awareness and structured pathways to peace for children and/or adults Deliver culturally appropriate services to clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds Incorporate mindfulness techniques into group therapy sessions to support emotional regulation and communication goals Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing professional development About You Australian work rights are required for this position, with visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates. Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration must be obtained within six months of commencement Proven experience running or integrating mindfulness programs into clinical practice Bilingual – fluent in English and another language (Spanish preferred) Native or near-native conversational fluency is required in the second language Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills Current Working with Children Check and relevant clearances Experience working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities Strong interest in holistic and client-centered care Current SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership Why Join Us?
