Caravan Manufacturing Assembly/Fitter

Austrack Campers' is seeking an experienced Caravan Manufacturing Assembly/Fitter to join our production team in Pakenham, Victoria. This full-time role is responsible for the assembly and fitting of our high-quality caravans, contributing to the success of our growing manufacturing business. What you'll be doing Assemble caravan components according to specifications and instructions Experienced in towing and moving vans from one site to another an advantage (Company vehicle supplied) Installation and termination of 12-volt systems. Fit and install various caravan features and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet our high standards, pre delivery & quality control testing. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support efficient and safe operations What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role, ideally within the caravan or recreational vehicle industry Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Experience with 12-volt electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in the use of hand and power tools Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Certification or training in relevant trades (e.g. carpentry, electrical, plumbing) is highly desirable What we offer At Austrack Campers', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
