About the Role At our organisation we support adults to live their most independent and joyful lives across aged care, disability and community settings. We work with clients in their homes through a variety of funding bodies, including public, private and NDIS funding, providing a truly diverse and rewarding caseload. You will play a key role in promoting independence and enablement, with a strong focus on rehabilitation before compensation wherever possible. Expect variety, collaboration, and clients who constantly surprise us with what they can achieve, such as: A client struggling to stand → to independently getting up using the right assistive tech A bathroom that once felt unsafe → transformed into a confident, dignified space with simple home mods Someone who avoided shopping for years → now navigating their local community with pride A client who couldn’t open jars or taps → re‑engaging in cooking and daily routines after functional retraining A home once full of barriers → now supporting independence, safety and meaningful living Duties Provide high‑quality Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions and progress reviews Develop and implement goal‑oriented therapy plans tailored to NDIS participants and older clients Complete Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT‑HM) assessments and reports, including wrap‑around services Support Restorative Care Programs with expertise in areas such as cognitive independence or adaptive strategies Complete all required clinical documentation, including reports, treatment notes and functional assessments Collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers and families to ensure therapy is delivered effectively Skills & Experience AHPRA registration (new graduates welcome) Police Check Driver’s licence + reliable car NDIS Workers Clearance + NDIS Orientation COVID‑19 & Flu vaccination Full working rights We will be taking applications as they arrive and may fill this role prior to the expiration of the advertisement, so don’t delay if this role is of interest – apply today Questions?
