With over 190 team members and 6300 sqm of warehouse space across Kunda Park and Forest Glen, we are gearing up to make the move to our purpose‑built facility in Aura Caloundra. We procure our products from homegrown and international suppliers, distributing to health food stores, pharmacies, online retailers and specialty shops nationwide. About the Role As the Goods Receiving 2IC , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient receipting of purchase orders, maintaining a safe and organised work environment, and supporting the Head of Supply Chain in leading the Goods Receiving Team. You will supervise a team of 7, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and safety standards are met. You will also contribute to the successful transition of our operations to Aura at the start of 2026. This is a full‑time salaried position working 38 hours per week . Key Responsibilities Assist with rostering and shift updates for the Goods Receiving team. Support the Head of Supply Chain in ensuring procedures are followed. Allocate duties and purchase orders based on priority. Conduct training and refresher sessions for team members. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Perform start‑of‑shift procedures including forklift checks and team talks. Ensure timely completion of non‑conformance checks. Record and update weights and measurements for new and changed products. Communicate effectively with Warehouse Operations teams. Requirements & Qualifications Extensive experience in warehouse operations and team coordination. Strong understanding of WH&S standards and safe work practices. Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment. Excellent communication and organisational skills including liaising with other departments. Ability to lead by example and support a high‑performing team. Working Hours & Shift Flexibility Our warehouse teams work Monday and Tuesday (6.30/7am start), and Wednesday to Friday (7am start). Weekly shifts are indicated on a weekly roster and may vary from 3-5 shifts per week depending on workload, productivity and availability.
