Northern Health is seeking applications from motivated and experienced Physiotherapists to join the Victorian Virtual Pulmonary Rehabilitation (vPR) Service — a state‑wide program leading innovation in person‑centred, digitally enabled care. Services are provided through our five main campuses : Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role This role offers the opportunity to deliver and advance an innovative, evidence‑based model of pulmonary rehabilitation using virtual care technologies. Working as part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team, you will support people living with chronic respiratory disease to build capability, confidence and wellbeing through personalised exercise, education and self‑management. You will also work closely with the Service Lead to ensure high‑quality, outcomes‑driven care; contribute to research and quality improvement; and help shape the future of value‑based, digitally enabled healthcare across Victoria. This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement, combining onsite work with the opportunity to work remotely on designated days.We welcome applications for both full‑time and part‑time positions. Qualifications Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Extensive clinical experience in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy Demonstrated capability in delivering therapy remotely via digital technologies A commitment to person‑centred care, equity and continuous improvement A collaborative, innovative and adaptable approach to new models of care Postgraduate qualifications and / or membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association are desirable.
