Overview As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you'll play a crucial role in giving children the best possible start in life. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and fellow Educators, you'll be empowered to grow and succeed while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care. Employment Type: Fixed Term Full time (18 months) Pay: $21.44 - $31.93 per hour, based on experience Receive Fee Free Training – Goodstart will cover your qualification enrolment fees Earn great (above award) pay and experience while working in our centres Have the opportunity for permanent employment when you complete your study Responsibilities You will achieve this by: Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement Contributing to a professional and positive work culture To be eligible for a Traineeship you must hold appropriate work rights.
