Warehouse Storeman / Coordinator Full time Mineral Surfaces stone brand - Join a global leader expanding into the Australian market. With established sales and distribution channels in the USA and EU under the Vadara Surfaces brand, and one of the largest manufacturing facilities LE Surfaces is now making a significant investment into the Australian market. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and safety focused Warehouse Storeman to join the new team at our Yatala facility opening in January 2026. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a background in the stone, surfaces or building materials industry who thrives in a fast paced and growing environment. Key Responsibilities: Daily warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, storage, order picking and dispatching stone slabs. Operate and manage material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, jib attachments and slab clamps to handle engineered stone products safely. Implement and uphold workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and ensure all staff adhere to compliance standards. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and conduct routine stock takes. Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor inbound and outbound logistics including container scheduling, unloading and warehouse space management. Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor subcontractors and delivery drivers ensuring they comply with safe handling practices. Work closely with the Operations Team and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure warehouse readiness and compliance. About You: Minimum 5 year experience in a warehouse coordinator role. Experience in the stone industry or construction materials (mineral surfaces, granite or natural stone surfaces) are highly desirable. Gantry Crane experience. High attention to detail and ability to safely manage slab handling operations. Valid forklift license and proven experience with slab clamps, jib attachments and A-frame/Slab Rack storage systems. Strong understanding of WHS compliance, manual handling standards and safe work procedures. Competent with inventory management systems ideally with ERP or WMS exposure. Ability to work independently and in a team with a positive genuine attitude. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
