A place to make a difference: In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll lead a team of Individual Support Specialists and Individual Support Workers to deliver the Leaving Violence Payments program nationally. Working from home between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm (WST)* Monday to Friday, you’ll report to our Service Manager. This role is a WA position. Only WA residents will be considered for this role. (*Local Western Standard Time) You will make a difference by: Providing guidance, support and leadership to our team of practitioners, including coaching and performance management Working collaboratively with the other Team Leaders to oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and adjusting resource allocations as needed to optimise service delivery Being the first point of escalation for approvals, service queries, and operational challenges Maintaining a strong focus on service quality, victim-survivor outcomes, and adherence to best practices A place to feel valued: You’re a passionate and confident leader who motivates and builds the capacity of others, with expert knowledge of best practices in family, domestic and sexual violence. You’re proactive, creative and flexible in your approach, and you can supervise, coach and mentor others with empathy. This role requires: Three-year Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counselling, Community Services, Psychology or related field Professional registration with any of the following governing bodies – ACA, PACFA, AASW or AHPRA Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role in health, community, social services, or other relevant sectors – ideally focusing on family, domestic and sexual violence Experience in enhanced risk and needs assessment and safety planning Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high performing team to achieve collective goals, program and client outcomes We strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse candidates to apply.
