Drive meaningful change through assessment, counselling, guidance, and referral—helping families move from surviving to thriving. Shape positive outcomes, foster safe environments, and champion continuous improvement for families across WA. Join us in Gosnells for this permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week). The working hours will be Monday 12.30pm - 8.30pm, Wednesday & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm About you To be successful in this role you will have: A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Counselling, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in intake, assessment, and risk assessment of families, with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally safe, and child-inclusive practice. Proven ability to facilitate group programs and provide brief counselling to separated parents and their children. Knowledge of family systems, child development, family and domestic violence issues, and the impact of separation on families. Strong ethical and professional approach aligned with Anglicare WA’s values, including commitment to child safety and culturally intelligent practice. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external partners. This role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance. A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us.
