Motivate and train staff to meet sales objectives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed. Recruit, train and develop new staff. Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Deliver customer service excellence, handling queries and complaints professionally.
