What You’ll Be Doing Lead the merchandise planning and inventory strategy for the BU Deliver sales, gross profit, and stock productivity targets through smart forecasting and replenishment decisions Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to create efficient stock flow and optimise working capital Develop and mentor a team of planners, building capability, engagement, and future leadership strength Champion continuous improvement across planning tools, processes, and systems Collaborate across the business to bring the BCF range and promotional plans to life About You You’re commercial, analytical, and collaborative — someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers and strategy. You’ll likely bring: Experience leading a merchandise planning team in a large retail environment A strong grasp of financial planning, inventory management, and forecasting Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive results A passion for developing people and building capability within your team Why BCF?
