FOUNDATION PILING PROJECT – FULL TEAM RECRUITMENT We are mobilising for a major long-term foundation piling project and are seeking experienced personnel across all disciplines to form a complete professional piling team. Works involve deep foundation drilling using Bauer piling rigs (BG55, BG45 & BG40) supported by large cranes, excavators, dozers and graders in a high-safety industrial construction environment. MANDATORY – ALL APPLICANTS FPS (Foundation Piling Ticket) – REQUIRED FOR ALL PILING ROLES Current White Card – Construction Induction Relevant High-Risk Work Licences or Machinery Tickets Experience working around heavy machinery and crane operations Strong safety culture with site compliance experience Ability to pass medical and Drug & Alcohol testing Ability to work rostered shifts, weekends and night works if required Australian work rights are required for all positions Visa sponsorship available only for highly skilled candidates in specialised roles. POSITIONS AVAILABLE Site Engineers Responsible for onsite engineering delivery supporting piling operations including setting out, QA documentation, as-built records, production tracking, subcontractor coordination and technical reporting. Key experience / competencies : Civil or structural engineering qualification – Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required for Site Engineer positions. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in piling, foundations or heavy civil construction projects is required. Construction surveying, set‑out and as‑built data management QA documentation and ITP control Coordination with supervisors, plant operators and subcontractors Understanding of rotary piling methods, CFA drilling and casing operations Strong safety leadership and site communication Supervisors – S26 Ticket Mandatory Lead piling crews, manage daily site activities, safety compliance, lifting operations, permits, toolbox meetings and production reporting. Bauer Rig Operators Operation of BG55, BG45 and BG40 piling rigs including CFA drilling, cased bore works, tooling change‑outs and concrete placement activities. Crane Operators High‑Risk Crane licences C0, C1 or C2 required. Conduct cage lifts, casing lifts, tooling lifts and general plant lifting in accordance with lift plans. Plant Operators Excavator Operators – Dozer Operators – Grader Operators – Earthworks support including rig pad construction, material handling, trimming, grading and access works. Dogman & Riggers Advanced Dogman HRWL and Intermediate or Advanced Rigging licences required. Slinging and directing complex crane lifts supporting piling operations. Trades Boilermakers – Onsite welding, fabrication and tooling repair. Diesel Mechanics / Mechanical Fitters – Maintenance, repair and breakdown support for piling rigs, mobile plant and ancillary equipment. Concreters – Structural and foundation concreting including pile pours, cage placement support and slab works. High‑Risk Labourers – Ground support to piling rigs, tool handling, spotting duties, safety control assistance and general piling labouring works.
