This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global operations team responsible for the management of a principal investing portfolio, from pre-acquisition to divestment.

What you'll do: Work directly with the principal investing deal teamSupport operational management and execution activities for private credit, private equity and real estate product linesEnd to end transaction management for a portfolio of investmentsOperational analysis of proposed transactionsImplementation of procedures for effective day to day managementAdvising and coordinating approvals across internal and external stakeholdersTransaction closing and ongoing administrationWhat you bring: 3-10+ years of experience within financial or professional services in a similar or related roleMinimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or businessExperience with Loan IQ (or equivalent corporate loan management system)Experience in process optimization and change projectsCPA or CFA qualifications are beneficialWhat sets this company apart: Our client is a global financial services group operating in 34 markets with 55 years of unbroken profitability.
