Fully Licensed Therapist - Eastern Oregon We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Fully Licensed Therapists to join our team at Lifeline Medical Center. The role involves assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other health professionals to promote mental wellness. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address various mental health issues. Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. Maintain confidential and accurate client records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. Continuously evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, mental health conditions, and therapeutic approaches. Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Current state licensure as a PsyD, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Proven experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical practice standards. Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds and needs.
