Working Pattern - 14.5 hours per fortnight. (Week 1 Saturday 1pm to 6pm, week 1 Sunday 1pm to 6pm. These services are all supported by our national independent network of medical practitioners, psychologists and physiotherapists, the largest of its kind in Australia. We work with organisations across a diverse range of industries including some of Australia's largest employers. About the role Reporting to the Manager, Triage Services, this role will be responsible for providing telephone triage services to clients that are injured at work including: Assessing a client's symptoms following injury or illness in accordance with clinical protocols Providing clinical advice and support Provision of early injury management advice and first aid Recommending further medical or allied health services as required Implementing new approaches and processes to meet the needs of our business We are seeking part time candidates for day, evening and night shifts from now until May 2021. Weekend shifts also available as part of this role upon request. These roles allow you to work between the office and your own home on a fixed fortnightly roster and fully paid training is provided. Candidates need to reside in the greater Melbourne area. About you We want you if you have: Experience as a Registered Nurse (Division 1 or Division 2 – Medication Endorsed) for at least 3 years Experience as a telephone triage nurse is advantageous Superior clinical nursing assessment skills Strengths in building rapport and relationships with clients A reputation as a strong communicator Confidence working with technology and good computer literacy skills A passion for delivering high quality patient care The ability to multi-task with great time management skills (who can manage and meet deadlines) The ability to be a team player who can also work autonomously To be eligible to work from home you will need a suitable internet connection Diversity and Inclusion We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.
