Whether it’s a welcoming smile and greeting from our Porter, a Barista serving a cup of coffee or a Security Officer helping someone to find their way, our purpose is to provide care and empathy in all interactions. We are currently seeking motivated and friendly Food & Beverage Attendants (both part-time and casual) to work within our cafe and retail outlets based at our hospital site in Waratah. Ideally you will possess the following attributes: Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage Attendant role within a cafe styleenvironment The ability to make a great coffee (or the desire to learn) A proven track record of delivering a high standard of customer service and exceeding expectations Cash handling skills An enthusiastic and motivated self-starter Excellent personal presentation, hygieneand grooming Excellent communication and organisational skills Availability to work over a seven day roster Your key responsibilities include however are not limited to: 100% focus on great customer service Basic food preparation Maintaining a high level of cleanliness standards within work area and customer dining area Being a proactive team member In line with the required legislation, a valid and current national criminal record check clearance and appropriate healthclearance will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
