In this role, you’ll work closely with different teams, build strong working relationships, and help the maintenance team meet its key performance targets.**Our Bentley site is where we manufacture and distribute a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters**Responsibilities*** Organise and schedule all maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime to achieve results and deliver KPI* Manage contractor activities, reporting & documentations, and oversee inductions for site access.* Ensure compliance GMP, HACCP, safety, and environmental regulations.* Support the implementation of the company’s long-term asset care and reliability strategy.* Cross-Department Collaboration - communicate planned work with other teams to avoid disruptions and ensure alignment.**About you*** Proven experience in manufacturing environment, relevant trade certifications & license* Good understanding of safety work practices (LOTO & permit compliant)* Problem solving skills – process-based decision making and conflict solution* Computer literacy – experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS systems (MEX preferred)* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and P&ID.**Bega Group Story**Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
