Agitator Driver | Central Coast Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials Australia is more than just going from A to B. Our Agi Drivers are the face of our business, providing top‑notch customer service to our clients. You'll be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, interacting with a variety of people. Every day is different – there’s nothing routine about this role Location & Working Hours Location: One of our concrete plants on the NSW Central Coast Region. Hours: Full‑time, part‑time, and casual positions are available. Most rostered days start between 5‑6 am. Pay & Benefits Base hourly rate of $33.70, paid weekly. Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time and meal allowance after 10 hours. Company uniforms and PPE supplied. Monthly RDO accrual with flexible usage. 10‑day Agi Driver training program and buddy support. Ongoing career growth and development opportunities across our nationwide organisation. Responsibilities Make multiple deliveries each day, ensuring timely and accurate drop‑offs. Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting a variety of clients. Operate and maintain an Agi truck safely using cutting‑edge route‑mapping and load‑tracking technology. Follow all safety and operational procedures, including driver weight limits and seat‑belt use. Qualifications Valid HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience preferred. Current, valid Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencing. Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted). What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits as listed.
