Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic events team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of events by delivering exceptional service to our guests. The Role Assist in the meticulous setup of event spaces, ensuring every detail is perfect. Work closely with the events team to ensure all requirements are met to perfection. Deliver personalized and unforgettable service to our guests, catering to their unique needs. Serve a wide variety of exquisite food and beverages in line with our luxury standards. Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in every area. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hotel protocols to guarantee smooth operations. Collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver a flawless event experience. Tackle any guest concerns promptly, always keeping their satisfaction top of mind. Inform the kitchen of any extra meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests. Understand and adhere to proper alcohol service procedures. Talent Profile Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred. Attention to detail and being proactive. Effective communication with a personable character and authenticity. Proficient in both written and spoken English. NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card. Food Handler’s Certificate. Valid working rights in Australia. Being available to work on a rotating roster throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
