About The Role We’re looking for a Mid or Senior Software Engineer (SRE/DevOps) to strengthen our reliability, scalability, and developer experience. This isn’t a traditional SRE role – we’re after someone to blend their SRE expertise with hands‑on software development to build systems that scale reliably while enabling teams to move faster. This role bridges infrastructure and product development. With a background in Infrastructure and Cloud, you’ll work across AWS/Azure infrastructure, automation, and observability, upskilling and mentoring other engineers with these skills, while also writing code and collaborating with product teams to make our systems more reliable and performant. We value learning and growth. You don't need to be an expert in everything – we're looking for strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. What You’ll Do Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across production environments. Build automation for monitoring, alerting, deployments, and incident response. Lead post‑incident reviews and implement preventive improvements. Design infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with engineering teams to balance feature delivery with stability. Write and review code to support tooling, infrastructure, and product reliability. What You’ll Need Background in SRE, DevOps or Platform engineering. Experience with AWS and/or Azure. Proficiency with Docker and/or Kubernetes. Hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.). Hands‑on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.). Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Willingness to mentor and help upskill engineers in SRE responsibilities. Openness to growing your full‑stack development skills – we'll invest in your growth. Nice to Have Programming background (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or similar). Prior experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives. Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and REST APIs. Experience with distributed systems, load testing, or chaos engineering. Familiarity with microservices, TDD, or frontend basics (React, HTML/CSS/JS).
