The Opportunity At Infinite Aged Care, our Hospitality Assistants play a key role in meeting our residents’ daily needs. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work as part of the Hotel Services team, responsible for a variety of activities including food preparation and service, in‑room service, and ensuring that the dining areas remain clean and ready for service. The Role Prepare, plate and serve amazing food to our residents. Clean kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment. Excellent safety awareness – adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation. Make each dining experience unforgettable and enjoyable for our elderly residents. It is a physical role that requires bending, squatting, lifting and pushing items to carry out daily tasks safely. You must be able to perform these tasks without risking injury to yourself, colleagues or residents. About You 6 months kitchen experience preferably in the aged care sector. Strong workplace safety, ability to follow set procedures and be a good communicator. Support residents around the dining halls and ensure a hazard‑free environment. Ability to problem‑solve, work with limited supervision and ‘think on your feet’. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Hard‑working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
