Turks are looking for a 1 PQE + Lawyer to join our high performing and successful Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team.

ResponsibilitiesYou will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:• working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance• develop skills in insurance law and litigation;• have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and• appear in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will have:• an academic qualification in law, with a current NSW Practicing Certificate;• a minimum of 1 years' PQE, preferably with experience in litigation; and• excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
In addition, you will:• be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;• have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and• have a desire for personal development.
